5. Training Outcomes and Disclaimers
While The Liberated K9 will make every reasonable effort to help improve your dog’s behavior, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes. Each dog is an individual, and progress depends on consistency, reinforcement, environment, and the owner’s participation.
The Liberated K9 is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of training techniques or failure to follow advice.
6. Health and Safety
Please do not bring your dog to training sessions if they are sick, aggressive without prior disclosure, or have been exposed to contagious diseases. The Liberated K9 reserves the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.
7. Photography and Media
With your consent, The Liberated K9 may photograph or record training sessions for promotional or educational use (form will be sent to you during onboarding).
8. Confidentiality
All personal information and case details will be kept confidential and not shared without your consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Intellectual Property
All training materials provided (handouts, videos, email content) are the intellectual property of The Liberated K9. You may not copy, distribute, or share them without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in King County.

11. Satisfaction and Guarantee
While we stand by our training methods, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Dogs are living beings with their own temperaments and histories. Ongoing progress depends on continued client engagement.

12. Indemnification
By participating in training services with The Liberated K9, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Liberated K9, its owners, trainers, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including legal fees—arising out of or in connection with the actions, behavior, or health of their dog before, during, or after training services.
This includes, but is not limited to, injury or damage to any person, animal, or property caused by the client’s dog, as well as failure to follow training instructions or safety guidelines provided by The Liberated K9.
The client assumes full responsibility for their dog’s behavior and understands that while training can reduce the risk of behavioral issues, no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.
