90 Minute Onboarding Session

Service Description

This one-time, 90-minute Concierge Onboarding Session is designed as a personalized starting point for new clients and more complex behavioral cases. Delivered exclusively in the comfort of your own home, this high-touch service is more than an intake—it’s the beginning of a tailored, collaborative training journey. What’s included: PRE-SESSION INTAKE You’ll complete a thoughtful intake form prior to our session, providing background on your dog’s behavior, routines, and goals. During the session, we’ll build on that information with an in-person evaluation—assessing your dog’s environment, daily structure, and any details that come to light when we’re face-to-face. IN-HOME EVALUATION Every dog lives in a unique environment—and training is most effective when it’s grounded in that context. I’ll observe your dog in your space, noting behavior patterns, triggers, and opportunities for support, while beginning to form a clear, customized training plan. TRAINING KICKOFF (WORKING SESSION) We’ll jump right into hands-on training. This is not just a consultation—it’s a working session where I begin training your dog and introduce practical tools you can use right away. TAILORED RECOMMENDATIONS You’ll receive expert guidance on the recommended number of sessions, clear training objectives, and a roadmap tailored to your dog’s temperament, learning style, and your household’s needs. PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH We’ll talk through my training approach so you know exactly what to expect, why it works, and how we’ll work together to build lasting behavior change. WRITTEN DEBRIEF + NEXT STEPS At the end of each session, you’ll receive a recap email reviewing the areas of focus, and recommendations for next steps—whether it’s additional sessions, new goals, or helpful strategies to reinforce training at home.
